RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise must not show any sign of wear and tags must still be attached to the article. The customer has 7 days from the day the product is received to be eligible for a refund. Exchanges will be granted up to 10 days from the day the product was received. Please email us at lovememore39@ gmail.com.com to request a refund or exchange.
If the product has a defect, shipping cost will be covered by Nadri. However, if there is no defect, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
For now, we only ship to the 50 United States, select US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the US Virgin Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and American Samoa), and US Military addresses. We’ll be sure to announce when we expand to new regions!
Merchandise will be delivered through Mail via Postal office, UPS, FED EX unless Love Me More is having a pop up shop.
